We had a great roll up of 44 players (28 Qld – 16 Gold Coast) on Thursday at Carbrook for our challenge against the Gold Coast

So to the results for the day 

A Grade
Winner – Ralph Hockings (11) 40 points – $100 visa Card Voucher 
Runner up – James Murphy (3) 35 points – $50 visa Card Voucher 
3rd – Damian Cornelius (14) 36 points – $30 Dan Murphy Voucher
B Grade
Winner – Ben Templar (14) 41 points – $100 visa Card Voucher 
Runner up – Aaron Wilks (14) 36 points – $50 visa Card Voucher 
3rd – Mat Kilminster (22) 32 points – $30 Dan Murphy Voucher

We also had 6 members draws each getting a bottle of Red Wine which I would expect has now been consumed.

Carbrook was also the annual challenge against our mates from the Gold Coast Masters Builders and we thank them for driving up the highway to make it na great day. Rules for the day were to take the top 12 cards from each team, add them up and the team with the highest total will be declared the winner.

It’s with great delight to announce the final score of 407 to 403 and a win to the Queensland Master Builders Team. Great work guys. What a victory. I’m sure we will get to see the trophy at some stage. 

Now onto next game at Nudgee Golf Club – Kurrai Course. This is our annual challenge against the Tatts Group so let all come out and see if we can win 2 trophies in a year.
