We had our final game of the year at Wynnum yesterday. Only a small field of 20 players but there were some good scores shot.
Winners for the day were

Only one grade for the day
1st Place – Tom Zuidam (35) 41 points
2nd Place – Greg Bourke (22) 37 Points OCB
3rd Place – Tony Mapley (16) 37 Points
In regards to the main event of the day, The Presidents and Captains Challenge – shoot a better score than them and they buy you a drink. Well things went all right for the President having shot 37 points, he had one drink to buy. (did he buy that?)
For the Captain, I had 30 points for the day so I had to buy 11 drinks. Congratulations to those who were lucky enough to enjoy a drink.
This event will be back in 2026 for sure.
We also had six lucky door prizes to finish off the year each getting a bottle of La Reto Tempranillo wine, congratulations go to John Duncalfe, Tom Zuidam, Wayne Zuidam, Dwayne Reck, John Crittall and Mark Veal.
